"If there was a zero, it would be zero. I don’t usually do bad reviews, but beware of these folks. I had a multi-policy for years with Amber’s predecessor, and it was just great. Rate hikes, billing after premium payment (oh, it’s just more—which I can understand, things just cost more) but no communication to the fact is just the start. And when I called to clarify/pay, they knew nothing and had to bring it up. Talk about service… Quit and got a better policy for my needs for less money, but my family still uses State Farm. And wow, they’ve crossed their wires (meaning your data and sensitive information), and keep sending me comms about another customer, including how to accept payment for money not mine: would you like that? This seems so bad, and sorry about that, but it’s just frustrating to all of us that we’ve corrected this information for over a month now. And they still can’t get it right, and payments could be delayed or other. If you choose State Farm, I would choose another rep, if you can. Sadly, the stress and all ain’t worth it # I see they now have responded, I never said the word “breach,” but information that doesn’t belong to me went to another party, me; they still have not solved this issue. I’ve been receiving texts and emails when I was assured I would not again, by Amber, herself. As far as the first part of the response, , I’m sure that’s true, however, was not my experience and, again have found another carrier, for less and more coverage, and was NEVER by Amber’s office, notified, I had to call and get clarification on rates. Which I paid and was okay. Their explanation is understandable but an excuse—when it’s just their own IT or process issues. I wish them the best, but they need to fix this."

As you mentioned in your review, insurance rates are influenced by inflation; however, please know that agents do not determine these rates. Our team is committed to helping our insured customers secure the best possible rates based on their individual circumstances. We make every effort to keep our customers informed about any rate changes by sending notifications via mail, text, and email at least two months in advance Regarding the situation you described, I want to clarify that it was not a data breach. The issue involved a claim where the claims team had an incorrect email for a claim involving your family member. This email was not provided by our office, and we first became aware of the discrepancy when your family member reached out to me via email on Sunday evening. Upon returning to the office Monday, I immediately contacted the claim handler, and we promptly corrected the matter. If you continue to receive communications related to this claim, please do not hesitate to contact our office at 503-206-5850. We are here to work closely with the claims team to resolve any outstanding issues. Thank you again for your understanding and patience."

"I switched to Amber from a different agent. Amber and her team have been available to me for weird questions and to assist with accidents and emergencies, even when I didn’t need to file a claim. My elderly mother had an accident and Amber was still willing to answer her questions so that she didn’t sign a piece of paper she didn’t understand. I have finally felt like someone is willing to fight for me and my family when it comes to insurance and making sure we get what we are owed when things happen. I highly recommend this office and Amber in particular - she knows her stuff and is always there to help. She can’t control State Farm but she and her team reply so quickly to my inquiries that it really eases my mind and takes a load off of these insurance moments and all the paperwork. "I switched over to Ambers State Farm Insurance office because I was tired of being gouged by my other provider. Amber and her team are dedicated and transparent in getting the best possible price and coverage for clients! They are quick to respond either by email ,texting or phone call. And that is general questions. Imagine the lightning speed if you were in an accident and really needed their help! "Have a converted bus or camper van? Call Amber! Most insurance companies won't even consider converted RV's, but she had us all set up within 15 minutes. So grateful for her help."

"Previously, I owned a Kia, while my wife drove a Hyundai. These two vehicles are among the most frequently stolen, leading many insurance companies to discontinue coverage for them. Consequently, finding insurance for either vehicle proved challenging, and the premiums were significantly higher than the average. As my Kia’s insurance renewal approached, I was informed that my premiums would increase substantially to approximately $900 per month, rendering it unaffordable. In response, I contacted Amber and sought her assistance in reviewing my insurance policy. To my surprise, Amber provided a quote that exceeded my expectations. Initially, I anticipated a change in the premium after she conducted a thorough analysis of my previous policy. However, the quote remained unchanged, indicating that Amber had successfully identified areas for improvement. Amber thoroughly examined my old policy and discovered that my rates were not optimal. Through her efforts, she was able to secure affordable insurance coverage for me. I highly recommend Amber to individuals seeking to review their current insurance policies. "Very hard to get ahold of, tried multiple times during the posted business hours and left voice mails that were often un answered, in total I was only able to get a person on the phone a handful of times. Email was the most reliable form of communication and I live too far away to go in person. Finally left after my autopay payment card needed renewal, they called me and got my updated info. Later on I received an Email stating there was an error with my card on file and the auto payments were not going through. I tried multiple times to reach out and get this fixed. I'm assuming I was without insurance in that time period of the missed payment. Finally got a call back about a week later and made my payment. I left soon after and found a better deal with better coverage elsewhere, and so far the customer service is great. Update after response from business: Calls not being answered were from my entire time under this agency mid 2023 - beginning of 2025. I was eventually helped with everything I needed but after multiple tries each time. And voice mails in my experience were slow to be responded to if at all."

I searched our voicemail history and see you called on December 18 and we responded same day. I also searched our call history and I do see calls made to us but no voicemail left. Without the voicemail, we do not know if it was an intentional call. I see through our notes that we have been in consistent contact with you since November regarding the billing. It clearly was a frustrating process. I have spoken with my team regarding your experience. Thank you for sharing with me."

"The app made it super easy to find the contact info for my agent. I was able to send a text message to my agent and pause my insurance in a matter of a few minutes!!
